Tom Barkin, President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond visited Oconee County on November 14th. Over 100 guests gathered at the Blue Ridge Electric Community Center for a breakfast event where Mr. Barkin gave an excellent speech followed by a Q&A session.
