Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce Achieves Historic Growth, Welcomes Nearly 75 New Members
Expanded programs and increased engagement drive record-breaking year for the local business community

Easley, SC – [January 9, 2026] – The Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce a year of historic growth, welcoming nearly 75 new members in 2025 and achieving a 25% increase in Chamber-sponsored events. This milestone reflects the Chamber’s commitment to fostering a vibrant business community through innovative programs and expanded opportunities for engagement.

The Chamber attributes this success to several new initiatives launched in 2025, including:

  • Chamber Academy: Comprehensive education programs designed to empower members with knowledge and skills.
  • Manufacturing & Industrial Alliance: A collaborative network supporting local industry growth.
  • Leadership Development Training: Focused programs to cultivate strong leaders within the business community.
  • Enhanced Business After Hours: Revamped networking events to strengthen member connections.
  • Mentorship Programs: Targeted support for under-40 young professionals, fostering the next generation of business leaders.

Looking ahead to 2026, the Easley Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce even more opportunities for members, including:

  • State of Education Luncheon: A new signature event highlighting education’s role in workforce development.
  • Expanded Business After Hours: Increased networking events to connect businesses across the region.
  • Chamber Academy Expansion: Additional courses and resources to meet the rising demand of our membership.  This unique program allows members to connect and train other members through the sharing of knowledge and experience.

“We are thrilled to see such strong engagement from our business community,” said Dr. Brian Swords, President and CEO of the Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce. “This growth is due to the commitment of our board of directors and reflects our members’ dedication to collaboration and innovation.  If you have a business, and you are not a chamber member, now is a great time to join!  We look forward to building on this momentum in 2026!”
