Paragon Hotel Company Invests Nearly $3 Million in Upstate South Carolina Hotels Through Major Renovation Projects

Paragon Hotel Company proudly announces the completion of nearly $3 million in renovations at two of its locally owned and operated Upstate South Carolina hotels, reinforcing the company's long-standing commitment to exceptional guest experiences, local economic growth, and continued investment in the communities it serves.

The renovations include a $2.3 million transformation of the Hampton Inn Easley and a $500,000 renovation of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville South–Piedmont, bringing refreshed accommodations, enhanced public spaces, and modern amenities to travelers visiting the Upstate.

The newly renovated Hampton Inn Easley now features beautifully redesigned guest rooms and suites with contemporary furnishings, upgraded bathrooms, new flooring, refreshed corridors, updated lighting, and enhanced public areas. Guests will continue to enjoy the hotel's complimentary hot breakfast, outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, and the award-winning hospitality that has made the hotel a preferred destination for both business and leisure travelers.

At the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville South–Piedmont, the half-million-dollar renovation includes refreshed guest rooms, updated furnishings and décor, modern finishes throughout the hotel, enhanced common areas, and improvements designed to elevate guest comfort while maintaining the trusted quality associated with the Holiday Inn Express brand.

"These renovations represent much more than updated hotels—they represent our continued investment in the communities where we live, work, and do business," said Cindy Suttles, Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management for Paragon Hotel Company. "As a locally owned hospitality company, we believe in continually reinvesting in our properties to ensure our guests enjoy outstanding accommodations while supporting local jobs, tourism, and economic development throughout the Upstate."

Paragon Hotel Company has proudly owned and operated hotels throughout the Southeast for decades, building a reputation for exceptional service, strong community partnerships, and strategic reinvestment in its portfolio. The company believes that successful hotels create stronger communities by supporting local businesses, generating tax revenue, creating employment opportunities, and welcoming visitors who contribute to the regional economy.

"Our philosophy has always been simple—when we invest in our hotels, we're investing in our people and our communities," added Suttles. "These renovation projects reflect our confidence in the continued growth of Easley, Piedmont, and the greater Greenville market."

Both hotels remain ideal destinations for corporate travelers, families, sports teams, and leisure guests seeking comfortable accommodations with convenient access to Greenville, Easley, Clemson University, Prisma Health facilities, and the many attractions throughout Upstate South Carolina.
